When thinking of embarking on a 30 day juice fast (or of course any juice fast) you should always consult your doctor first then some things to consider.
What do you want to achieve?
It may sound obvious but it’s worth deciding before had so you have some real motivation on what you want to achieve. Is is weight loss? Is it health reasons? Do you want to feel better? It may be a combination of factors.
Try and get as many friends and family on board with you, some may be sceptical so it’s important to have all the facts ready to squash those non believers from the start and get them fully on board with you. When you start getting visible results everyone will start buying into what your doing, however it will be tough to convince some as I’ve seen many times and experienced first hand myself.
I know it’s tempting to buy from the supermarket at super cheap prices but do consider the pesticides that may be on them and the nutritional value compared to organic. Some people think that juicing is expensive, bearing in mind you will not be buying any food (if your fasting) if you buy in bulk for two to three days up front you will most likely be saving a lot of money anyway.
I find it useful to get inspired first as there’e nothing better for motivation in my opinion. Research up as much as you can but for now here’s some must see vids.
